New Ace Frehley Album Out Today

New Ace Frehley Album Out Today Brought to you by: guitar.com

August 19, 2014: Ace Frehley and his former Kiss bandmates may not be able to get it together to perform, even for something as honorable and important as their recent induction into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame, but Frehley has been able to get it together and record his first new album of original music in five years.

The album, Space Invaders, comes out today, August 19, in North America. Frehley recorded 11 new original tunes for Space Invaders, as well as a cover of Steve Miller’s “The Joker.” Reviews from Kiss fanatics around the ‘net have been mostly positive, except for one random heckler named LizzerdTounge who couldn’t help but remind Ace that “Tommy has stuck by me and Paul no matter what twisted, degrading, subservient backstage demands we put on him, so go back to whatever planet you came from, and take your silly rant about creating the Kiss logo with you.”

Sounds suspiciously like something Gene Simmons might say, but then, we’re just guessing at that.
