OK, almost became one of those guys who goes and buys a guitar only to stop playing after about a month of trying.  Haven't played in about a month and a half, but have a renewed ambition to play.  Before I just tried using the Guitar for Dummies approach...a good book overall, but just not my style of learning.  This time setting myself up with some lessons.  Hopefully this approach will give me some better insight as well as keep me interested.  I am totally restarting from square one...the goal is to actually practice everyday and to be fairly decent by the end of the year.
