Alice in Chains: Jar of Flies
For fans of this band, the "Jar of Flies" CD is especially poingnant, as the themes seem aimed at death, disillusionment, and saying goodbye. The music is haunting, the vocals are maybe the best ever from the band, and the use of space is particularly brilliant. Maybe the best album from the cream of the Seattle crop.
