guitar type advice

I'm looking to buy an acoustic that is easy to fret so I don't have to put a strangle hold on the fret board. I like the concept of an all mahogany wood guitar, top and body.I hear it's a mellow sound. Also,I'm looking at the dreadnaught style, which is supposed to give a fuller sound, and I like that concept also. Online I've found an all mahogany hohner 300 series with good reviews, and epiphone 100 and 2oo series with spruce top and mahogany body with good reviews. Both of them offer what seem to be very good choice's for under 300 buck's.I would like to opinions and/or advice, I would say I'm a beginning intermediate. Thank you.
