James Mankey-Concrete Blonde

As it's October I am listening to Concrete Blonde's Bloodletting per usual. I was talking with a buddy of mine about Mankey's tone and we are trying to figure it out. Unfortunately there is nothing on the interwebs about it. I know a lot of his tones is in his fingers-doesn't use a pick. But I wanted to reach out to all of you hear and see if anyone knows he general setup.
