any advice?

i'm a beginner and i know a little bit about the guitar, but not a whole lot about the guitar world and how to play it. i like music that sounds like blink 182 and would like any help, advice, tips, tricks, or anything useful on how to get started and playing some sweet riffs thanks

That's a very generic questions. Maybe if you ask specific questions, we can have a better chance to answer. My personal opinion is when you're first starting out, it's best to take lessons. You can learn from books or the web, but there's nothing like sitting down with a good teacher so he/she can help you learn the right stuff and avoid learning the wrong stuff.

yeah i've been playin around with it for awile but i decide to devote alot of time to it and i was just wanting to know if anybody knew any easy songs to play or to get started on or anything fun to do with it

Just go and get started. Go find some cord books on as much as you can learn and start learning!!! There is nothing holding you back but yourself, buddy. Now go. "You can do it, Blink fan." Go for it.
