When you read stuff on the forums, if you think the info is useful (or not) you can use the up and down arrows on the right hand side of the page for the person you wish to give web cred to. Alternatively, you can read a persons blog page and rate what you think of it. The blog has a sliding scale of 1 - 10.
Hope this has been helpful.
Cheers!!

When I try to give somebody webcred, it doesn't seem to show up immediately. How long does it take to show up?

Also when I click on the arrow, it takes me to the post I clicked the arrow on, but it has a big space in it. Is that normal?

When you give someone a Webcred, it won't show up until you refresh the page I believe. Not sure about the space you're talking about. Hope half of that helps anyway LOL.

The +1 mark will be visible immediately and the arrows will become unavailable for second use. The new total webcred will show when you reload the page

Okay, it does it in IE, but not Opera. Thanks for the heads up, ibzRG, I just gave you webcred for that bit of info. And thanks for all of the replies in this thread, I'm going to use IE from now on.

And in IE it does show up immediately, I don't have to refresh the page.

Hey humstrat1 - IE sucks! Use FireFox if you can :) The site in general is not really optimized for Win 98 but you should be ok..
