I don't really care... I get there only to send a message or sometimes to access a blog...
Actually, anywhere where profiles are involved, I don't find much interest in the information they hold so I don't visit profiles in general.

I visit profile pages to see when someone last logged on, read blogs, see photo's and video's that have been uploaded. Most of the time no one has added any additional content to their profile page so the trip there is for nothing. I have been trying to add video's to my profile page but I get an error message so I put them in my blogs in stead. Also, I put links to my music in the bookmark section. So there are things you can add and personalize to make your profile worth checking out but it really needs allot more functionality and be more customizable.

I like to check out profiles so I can create a sort of mental picture of who is talking on here, cause I can't see you. My profile sucks, it seems unusually complicated to create. lol

I mean for instance, I don't care really if you smoke and like parties, if you're 18 or 28 or 78 years old, if EVH is your guitar god or Cobain, or if you have britney in your music suggestions or a $50 warlock knock-off in your gear suggestions... Yeah, they are all typical profile fields but they are unimportant. What everyone is worth I can pretty much tell form their forum activity. The only good thing in there is the videos. There should also be an audio section in there too, but I guess that is reserved for Rype, if it manages to be debugged before Revelation....

I'm with JTC, the profiles need more interesting fields.

i only chek out the profiles to see how old the person who im talking to is

Don't trust that age info on the profile pages.
For some reason the date you enter seems to change after some time and the result is some crazy ages.
Also, I expect that some people put in fake info anyway.
