The only thing I see wrong is that you don't have the right attitude. NEVER start a sentence with, "This is completely impossible for me..." Once you believe that, it is impossible for you! Never say never. If this is what you really want, then obsess youself with it and you will start finding things you can do that will get you there. Determination and the right attitude can overcome almost any roadblock to what you want. Just don't give up or ever think it's out of your reach. It's not.

What Xark said. Too true. Nothing can be achieved by first saying it's impossible...
I have many of my dream axes...(yum) I'll have more, too. I'm still young...

Fender VG Strat, black, with maple fretboard, fitted with a Floyd Rose (black), and black tuning keys. Also a humbucker in the bridge position, even though with the VG you don't really need it.

A nice Gibson Les Paul or Gibson SG would do it for me! It would be cool to have a nice Fender Strat just for variety.

Right now, I'm in a "tinkering" state of mind, so my dream guitar...would be a series of bodies and necks from Warmoth, several different pickups from Seymour Duncan, and various hardware bits from Allparts and WD.

Failing that...replacements for my Bluesboy and my EDS-1275.

Either a G&L Comanche or a Gibson Les Paul Supreme. If I had one of those I'd be set for life.
