So I have narrowed down my choices of getting a new practice amp to 2 choices.
Fender Stage 100 Dsp(used) $300

http://www.musicgoround.com/store/inventorydetails.asp?id=564611

or Roland Cube 60(New) $345

Im mainly gonna play pop punk, emo, and hardcore(ah kids these days) music at small shows and if there are better choices of amps for under $400 that have an Ext Speaker out then I'd like to know.

If those are the choices you have, and you intend to go this route... You also stated "practice" amp, but then said you'd use it at gigs. Pick one as it could make a difference to your replies.

Personally, I like small amps. (They sound HUGE in the studio.) The Epiphone Valve Junior is only 5 watts, but puts out 115db from a 4x12. Gutty, with a nice round bottom end and sweet highs, this would be my practice amp of choice. (Yes, it does have a speaker out, and comes in a "head only" model too!) Nothing fancy. Only one knob for volume. Still we use it a LOT in the studio. Tubes is where it's at!

I'm pretty much gonna use whichever one I decide to buy for everything if I sell my Randall Rx20 cause I'm short $80 still if i buy the Roland. If I don't sell my Randall then I'm just gonna use it for small shows and recordings. I've already tried out the Roland and I'm going to go try out the Fender this weekend, and I read some pretty good reviews of it so hopefully it isn't severely damaged.
