To rehash an often discussed topic, what picks are you using? I've been using these lately, they really help with my speedpicking (even though it still sucks :( )

Dunlop 2.0
Or a coin in the lack of these!
I can't play with nothing below 1.5, i would rather use my fingers in this case.

Jazz picks are awesome. If I'm not using those, then I prefer the regular heavy Dunlops.

Jazz III picks are too small for me. I tried the Jazz III XL's and I liked them better, but I like the Dunlop Sharps even more. They're the perfect size and they're about the same thickness as the Jazz III XL's (1.35mm).

I use a steel pick. It helps pull some growl and aggression out of light string-sets. It may be a problem for light-speed alternate picking (which I don't do).
Alternatively I keep medium to heavy (0.8mm-1mm) nylon picks (not picky about the brand) which I also used until I switched to the steel.

I carry a couple of dunlop big stubby picks but I rarely use them.

Occasionally I use a thumb pick... for finger work. But bare thumb works ok too...

Guess I'm the only one who uses REALLY thin picks. .038mm Dunlops. I've always hated those thick things. Feels like I have a hammer in my hand. I've just never had a need to go with anything thicker. The drawback is that they're more difficult to play with, (or so I'm told,) as you have to be more precise or all your errors will become quite apparent.

When I play slide, I play fingerstyle, no pick. That way I can right-hand mute.

Jazz III. I love them especially for hybrid-picking.

I use Dunlop .60's
They're pretty thin, but I find with thick picks I drop them alot. Although that could have nothing to do with the pick and probably doesn't.
I find if I use anything other than my .60's on my electric, I'm basically screwed. I can't play very well with anything other than those picks.

I use Jazz III. They're great for precise picking and stuff but for strumming I prefer a regular size pick because the Jazz IIIs are just to small for that stuff.

I only use Dunlop Delrin 1.5mm picks. They're great basic picks. And they have the coolest color: Lavender!

I use Jazz III. They're just what i need, really.
Small enough for precision and easy enough to maneuver my fingers outwards for strumming.
Before, for a couple of years, i used to Dava Picks.
Specifically, the one with the metal tip. It was kind of awkward to use, but nevertheless, different sound.
It was almost as if i was trying to get a shredding sound effortlessly. Very sharp.
