Me and my friend both play guitar and we want to find some good songs that have two guitars, but aren't that well know. If you could please post some good ones you know.

Anything by Iron Maiden, Thin Lizzy, or Judas Priest would be great for two guitars.

I second the Maiden thing. They have two guitars and have some WICKED songs. Try The Trooper.

The Allman Brothers were famous for that. Dickey Betts and Duane Allman would answer each other in songs like "One Way Out." There's a song called "Nuclear Apathy" by Crack the Sky. You did say you were looking for songs that a good but not that known. You may want to check out Crack the Sky's "Saftey in Numbers" album.

Not all that funny. It's what I started with, though only Simon played the guitar, so there weren't two guitar parts.

Actually, ANY song is a two guitar song! Be creative!

Xark is right any song is a two guitar song, if there is a rhythm then there can be a lead, if there is a lead there can be a rhythm, if there is a lead there can be a counter lead, if there is a rhythm there can be a offset rhythm. It's music you can do what you want.

well, the first person that said thin lizzy and iron maiden was on the money but you could also learn some metallica, slayer, and a lot of funk bands have 2 guitars that weave in and out of eachother. Check out the song "always on the run" by lenny kravits from what mama said and it's a very good example of 2 parts that act as counterpoints to eachother.
