Too much white. I can barelly detect a notion of silverish at some big headers.

I think some more contrasting color theme should be applied, making headers and frames stand out more.

the white does seem bare looking. though with orange and black as the main theme, it is hard to match up colors that would fit with the style and stay clear from looking hokey ie: halloweenish, cn bengals...

orange black white and..blue? orange and blue look a bit childs toy ish, green? green and orange just don't mesh well. yellow? too much warm perhaps. purple and orange? ack!

orange is a hard color to match..and i can tell why they've stayed with neutrals. more of the black would look good..but a lot of sites have used black. too late to change the orange? the site looks fairly minimalist right now, so i bet they just want to get the engines working before they do paint jobs/bells and whistles.

I think all forums need a theme that allows people to get up in the middle of the night and look at the screen with ease. Even in the day, this forum brightness is hard on my eyes and it makes me wanna just.. not be here lol. Try looking at Ulitmate-Guitar.com's forum. That forum has a few theme choices to choose from.. make themes that are attractive to a person, test them, and make like 10 that people can personally choose from.

I was thinking of a silver or grey theme but with more contrast. The current is almost entirely white all over.

A mildly darker background that doesn't tire the eyes along with some darker silverish/grey boxes and frames... Neutral color theme but not so plain.
Colorful small spots like buttons and stuff to break the monotony are nice and already used in the root page of the forum.

I wasn't suggesting a fun-park colourful theme.
