We're always talking about our guitars and such but I think as electric musicians, our amps are just as an important part of our "instrument" as our guitars. I have two that I use now... a Fender Twin and a Hot Rod Deluxe. I had a Mesa Trem-o-verb head with a couple of 2x12 closed back cabs all with vintage cosmetics that I'm still kicking myself for selling. Like right then, just now, I kicked myself.

My next acquisition is going to be a Swart Spacetone.

I enjoy skinny skiing, heckling figure skaters, flamenco guitar, the blue stuff you put your combs in, good drummers, focaccia bread and coffee out of a french press

I have a really old Crate that I know nothing about, and it really only works when the gain is all the way up. So I usually play thru my bass amp which is a Line 6 Low Down 175.

i'm running a Mesa Blue Angel 4x10 with THD 2x12 and a Mesa Lonestar Special with EH 4x10 using a Visual Sound H2O to split the signal...
bought a Super Reverb RI (too bright and harsh) which i traded for a Vox AC30cc 2x12 which i sold to a buddy after getting the Lonestar...figured 2 el84 amps was enuff...
had a Bedrock BC75 which i'd been regretting selling but since the only guy in town who could work on it passed away recently, it's probably good that i let it go...

also have an original Fender Blues Deluxe i bought about 11 years ago....love that amp...

I've only got two amps, one for practice and one for gigging/band stuff, and I love them both. I've sometimes thought of expanding my views on different amps but these just sound so darn good! I've tried some amps from other manufacturers like Hughes & Kettner, Fender and Line6, but I guess they were some cheap models 'cause I just couldn't get a decent enough tone from them...

Peavey Studio Pro 112
Marshall JCM800 2204 head (real vintage 50watt...)
with Marshall JCM800 1960A 4x12 cab (brown fret cloth, Auch!)
