I know I'm going to get murdered for this, but I own an Ibanez AES10EAM and it's simply amazing. But, I played one the other day that I like even better...the Ibanez EW20SMENT. It looks killer, and sounds equally as good as it looks.

Play as many as you can. Pick the one you like the most and can afford. I'm interested in the Washburn Jumbo acoustic, but that's me. Guild may be pricey but if you like it, you probably won't go wrong. Martin, Taylor, Guild, and many more all make good guitars. It would probably be easier to narrow down finding a bad guitar made by that bunch because there's very few.

I play a Gretsch A/E that I like very much but the Guild should be a great guitar. If you have played it and liked it, go for it, one of the nicest guitars I have ever owned was a Guild that I will forever regret letting go.
