So many guitars have been created, so many different styles, and uses... I can't pick one.

Between a Strat and a Les Paul.

strats and les pauls are really nice but i really like the ibanez rg tremalo series. might not be the best ever but it's the best i've ever played.

you know, i love my strats, but les pauls are just one of those instruments that make you feel good after playing them.... not to mention the fact that they have made a major imprint on the face of every different kind of music imaginable.... i say les paul.

i own a strat, and id love to own a les paul... but for sleek, clean looks, i'd say the american standard strat in black takes the cake

either a fender stratocaster or a gibson les paul, but I really like my new Schecter C-1 FR a lot =P

I don't think there such a thing. I've lately been in love the strats and les paul. But I've played an Ibanez and the action was awesome, and also the gretsch guitars are great too. Now I want to be a rockabilly star.

Guild I had a Guild I let slip away I miss that guitar and have never found anything that played as nice. So yes A Guild I know it's an accoustic but so am I

I agree, I like both my shredder and my archtop equally. And I play the some stuff on both, ie: no shred and no jazz, just rawk ;-)

I think I'll have to go with the Gibson Les Paul Standard in Black with the white pickguards. Prettiest guitar IMO.
