The "Gear Whores" G.com Group
OK, I created a group for gearwhores to drool and foam over each other's equipment... I'm wondering if anyone was so inclined that they might post a thread there with some photos and stuff of their goodies...

It's actually kind of cool how in the reply threads you can link external images to it so that it displays as a html page within the thread post...

Anyhoo, I look forward to seeing all of your equipment in the group, more stuff to lust over, eh?

Really happy with it. Love the clean channel , it has a crunch switch that gives a nice punch . The dirty channel has a lot of gain and is good for metal players, I don't use that one that much . You can switch back and forth with the footswitch provided and get a volume boost of up to 10% . Lots of power for most venues. Only complaint is I wish the footswitch would control the crunch mode.

Hey, great thread idea. Pictured is my Jackson USA Soloist, JSX head, and cab with Vintage 30's. Not pictured I have a rack with a furman power conditioner, furman dual 15 band EQ, and TC Electronic M300 multi-effects unit. I think I'm about to trade in the TC for a Lexicon MX200 multi-effects unit which I'll explain about if anyone's interested. I'll put a pic of the rack up soon. It's not the most expensive gear, but it works for me.

Nice Jackson , My niece's boyfriend has a Jackson USA dinky with reverse headstock that he always says he's going to sell.I tell him to call me first as I'd love to have one as I think there is no better guitar for that 80's shredder sound. How's that JSX , boy those Peavey's are sure reliable tuff equipment. I have no regrets on My XXX .
