When validation fails, scroll down and hit "post" again. FF retains what you typed.

The trick is to know WHEN it failed. If after posting you are not redirected to the bottom to see your post, then you know it failed.

So have I, but once again this morning I typed a LONG response, got busy at work, clicked post and watched it disappear as the site logged me out. Sometimes I just don't remember to copy it. Sux.
