Kinda like a poll to get the pulse on things. I haven't been there for many months as it hasn't changed.
I don't think it is well thought-out yet. It's more like one of those ideas that get added and they decide what to do with them later on. When these guys are done with Rype, I hope we will see more of them to get the site shaped up a bit. The groups and the 2c are a couple of rather weak spots in this place's grand scheme...
