This is put together rather in a hurry. Simple stuff. One rythm track one lead track.
I gotta say I'm very happy with the neck pickup (lead). I could use some more brightness from the bridge (rhythm) one in general though and both of them are quite dark in clean but the neck in thick dirt OWNS. :)

Some nice creamy tones on the lead there. Brings back very gooey memories of mt old Custom.;
Track is worth a full backing, I'd say.

Thanks man

I am not equipped for a full backing. I don't have my bass here and I don't drum. Reason would take up a lot of space on my laptop and programming without a midi keyboard takes forever. Being a one-man band without even all of the instruments is hard.

Nice ibz.....isn't it good to get ballsy vintage tones and not have to worry about cart loads of technology? I really do still love the simple set-ups more than a gazillion processed signals burning the crap out of my ears.

Not much simpler than the one I use at home... SG into pocketPOD into USBsoundcard into laptop. No pedals here, but no external soundcard at home, so it comes down to about the same.
Ofcourse it doesn't compare to a full rack and a wall of amps...

So I put a little more thought into the tune, got a drum beat, comissioned a bass line and re-did the guitars.
It's less tight than the original rough version, but it's still fun.
