i dont really have a favorite band. i go with the moment... right now it is between slipknot and metallica, but in a few weeks that will change. i love a lot of bands... just depends on my mood.

Iam really diggin a band called Cake there song goin the distance, caught my attention its different, and some blues stuff SRV mainly, metal I dont know but Metallicas new stuff aswell as slipknots new album

and a band called Hollywood Undead I kinda like them, though people seem to dislike them already lol

I usually burn myself out on a style of music or band but come back to them or have them as a favorite if you will :D

I agree with SATAN my favorite band changes every year or so...but as of now I would have to say a good one is Barenaked Ladies. I love their stuff even know their guitar isn't vary impressive and lately all they have been doing is kid stuff they are still my hero's

yeah, Barenaked Ladies isn't quite known for guitar pyrotechnics, but they aren't bad. I saw them when they came here a long time ago....during the tour for the album Gordon.

I'll tell you something though, the guitarist really restrains himself. He played an unaccompanied solo here and just blew the doors off the place. Back then the man could hold his own with most shredders out there.

my riffs are heavily influenced by napalm death, carcass, cannibal corpse, deicide, morbid angel, and entombed. but my favorite band and the influence of my influences is definitely slayer.....
