Should She Sue?

The MJ (not Micheal Jordan, the other MJ) saga continues. Micheal Jackson's mother is considering a wrongful death law suit. Was Micheal responsible for his own actions? Was it his choice to be a junkie or should the doctors be held responsible for getting him the drugs? Could anyone tell Micheal "no"? Why didn't his own family step in if he had a problem? Maybe we should all get together and file a class action suit against his family for "allowing" Micheal to implode? What do you think?
