But then again, if she and her "owner" choose a lifestyle WAY out of the norm, then they musn't be surprised if others react strongly.

I agree that it's not up to the bus driver to pass judgment here.

It's also not his job to keep the other passengers from laughing uncontrollably.

Gotta wonder how many people try to sniff her butt. (OK... Uncalled for, but funny, IMO.)

yea its a little strange, but like u said, the bus driver still aint got a right to insult or even bann them from the bus.
i wouldnt advise them to start a familly coz 1:im 16 lol, and 2: what kind of up bringing are the kids gonna have with a mum on a leash.
but fine its their decision.
i guess you gotta do what makes you happy...

Yea, the driver, in a professional capacity was definately out of line. But he could have gotten off work and laughed hysterically at them.

What if the bus has a policy of no pets allowed? If she is a human "pet" and wants to be treated like a dog that's exactly the treatment she is getting. If the fiancee touches her intimately would it be bestiality?

If the bus had a no pets policy, and the woman stated that she sees herself as a dog, then no, she should not be allowed on the bus. As to the bestiality question, that wuold depend on whether he saw her as a dog.

I realise that we cannot actually ask a dog if it sees itself as a dog, but we can do the next best thing: observe it to see if it exhibits dog-like behaviour.
