All this talk about global warming made me wonder if some of the folks here are into muscle cars. If you could have any car you wanted, what would it be? Mine is a 1970 Plymouth Superbird with a 426 c.i. Hemi.

Fred, isn't that "The Judge"? Personally, I want a turbo Porsche 944.

No, that is not a Judge. My personal favorite gas guzzler is and always will be the '51 Mercury coup, with the roof cut down, hmmmmm mmmm good.

For classic muscle, I always wanted a black hemicuda.

But, with gas prices rising and everything, a dual turbochargerd & intercooled acura nsx would fit the bill nicely.

I have my 400+ horsepower 2003 Mustang Cobra. I wouldn't mind a new Shelby though ;)
For classic muscle I would have to go for a 69 or 70 BOSS 429 Mustang. Rare machine that one is. less than 900 made in 69 and less than 500 made in 70. Sweet as car though.

I know a guy who had one of these. It was a bright blue Boss 429. He totaled it on Baltimore's Jones Falls Expressway back in 72' He had a habit of destroying fast cars. I wonder if he's still alive.
