Yeah, I've been waiting. It's all about the playoffs anyway. Best football of the season is played after the regular season. And I watch EVERY SINGLE GAME even if "my" team doesn't make it.

i agree about watching it even if my fav gets put out. i did so last year.
im still not fully decided what i think about wade. he is obviously knowledgeable of the game, but what you said is kinda true too. i guess we will just have to see how it plays out. i thought parcells would make more of a mark than he did, so maybe my judgment of coaches is a little off.

Thats why JJ gave garrett all that money, to be the offensive side to wade's defensive side, hell the boys went 13-3 last year. I am expecting a hell of a ride this season from em.

yeah me too. no matter what people say, 13-3 is a damn good year. especially after having a few bad ones in recent memory.

Living in Virginia and being a Titans fan is kind of lonely, but the Hampton Lima Beans (my fantasy team) has high expectations as we do every year at this time, so I'm just waiting for Thursday evening when all my dreams begin to be crushed. both professionally and fantasy wise.

You're a lucky man Danno, i, however am a big pro football guy who should take the wife out to dinner tonight before I say good bye for the season. The one positive is there is a lot of guitar playing time built into your average football game.

Cutler should have a good season. We could use a couple more decent receivers. Lots of young players who need experience. No idea what to expect. What's killing me is there are two games Monday night. We have been going to a friends house for MNF for about 15 years now. The Denver game is the LAST game of the weekend. The first MNF game starts at 5PM MDT and the late one starts at 8:15. Will almost feel like I'm back on the east coast! My fervent wish is that the "A" team is doing the early game. Tony Kornholer is the WORST! I wish there was the option to just mute his dumb ass so I don't have to listen to him whine about everything. Maybe this year Jaws will flatten his ass so we can get someone who actually knows something about the game, instead of whining that it's like watching soccer.

This week they're showing football movies every evening as a warmup...

MNF has turned into a joke over the last couple of years... now to the "guest in the booth".. Who the hell cares.. Broadcast the damn game NOT someone plugging some movie or book or whatever it is this week.

Anxious to see how Mr. Farve handles the reins to our team. Around here folks are preaching 10-6 or 11-5 with pretty high confidence. I think it's doable. The parity in football is pretty big with the other in-town shmucks winning the Superbowl last year. I still can't believe that one. My perfect October: The Jets at 5-1 and the Mets in the World Series.
