That's right, I have returned... I just joined and havent looked over the features yet, but the colours are nicer on the eyes.

If you don't know me, I am a longtime user of both guitar.com and digidesign protools. I own a small recording and audio editing studio in Vancouver, BC. I also teach guitar and play some gigs here and there. Just finished work though. More to come.

Wondered if you'd show up. Not that we need any more "dirty Canadians."

Hope it's all going well for you. Studio here is picking up nicely. Level of talent has gone WAY up in the past year. Currently have an all woman group called Sugar Lips in the studio. All pro players who have a LOT of experience and know their stuff. It's so much nicer to work with tracks that don't need to be detailed and corrected BEFORE you start mixing. Also just finished a couple demos for the CMAs in Vegas next week. Some really good songwriters too. Not much into country, but a good song is a good song.

Get any new gear lately? I just sprung for a couple more tube pres. SImply wanted more sound choices. Also picked up an Epi Valve Junior 5w tube amp. Sweet little amp with only a single knob that will push 115db through a 4x12. Have been using it a lot for reamps.
