...And can record 'em for the purpose of collaboration? If you CAN record, or mix or whatever, post your capabilities, how much it costs and what format you can present it in as well as what kind of timeframe...

Just curious.

I play bass, I actually play full-time in a band called Down on bedford, if you wanna check out the kind of stuff I play, hit up www.myspace.com/downonbedford
That's the stuff that I play, but it's DEFINATELY not what I'm limited to. I like to think that I can play almost every style, so lemme know if you're down and we'll chat if you are!

How many Guitarists does it take to Screw in a lightbulb? Ten. One to do it, and nine others to sit at the back of the room with their arms crossed and tal about how they could do it better.

I play guitar :)

and mandolin, and banjo... and I can get by on other instruments like cello and violin cause they are generally in the same tuning as the mandolin.

i play a lot of things pretty meh. i just started taking violin lessons, but played violin for a couple years. my cello playing is better, piano playing is meh, glock is meh, accordian is bleh, drums are double meh, and guitar is ok.

i'm a pretty crappy musician and there's not a week that goes by that i dont think about quitting.

I play bass, cello, piano and skins. All of which place a tearful, envious second to my beloved guitar. I think Johnmarkh is displaying a human condition known as humility. Bravo to that good sir, but you still score highly on all counts. I think everyone who's seen the original is looking forward to the next multi-instrumental display.

The bad thing about having a studio is that I don't have the time to practice all the stuff anymore. So I won't say that I "play" other instruments, I'll say that I try to practice on the drums, keys, bass, banjo, alto & tenor sax, flute, clarinet & violin. There are other instruments I'd try to practice on if I owned them, like all the rest of the reed family, I don't do brass.

I play both the electric bass and the viola, because being unappreciated is bliss.

I play guitars, keyboards, drums and can get by on bass but really do not consider myself all that great on it.
I have a home studio using Garage band with various plug ins, I have drums (Pearl with Zildgian Cymbals), various guitars (I prefer my Parker or Seinberger) and generally record with a Line 6 toneport as it is easier then dragging out my live rig and micing it (although I have done that as well). You can hear my guitar and keyboard playing on www.myspace.com/evilkittytheband- these are studio tracks (ie. not done in my home studio) - I do have demos from the home studio but have not uploaded them anywhere yet.
