The problem I got with my guitar involves the Screws that hold the strap onto the guitar. It's not that my strap slips off when I play, it's mostly that the upper strap screws (not the one by the input jack, the other one) starts to unscrew out of the body when I move around. I basically tighten it back up with a little screwdriver at least once during every show/practice. I think the screw hole is getting a little worn out and a tad bigger. What is the remedy to this problem? Should I fill the hole up with a little glue or get new strap screws or does it have to be a serious guitar fixing kinda thing?

Sounds funny but check this out. Get a skewer (for shish kabob). It fits perfectly into the hole. Stick it in , break it off. Put a drop of wood glue onto the screw, screw it in. It'll never come lose again but if you ever need to change strap buttons it'll come out.

That would actually fit. The screw and the skewer stick with the glue would actually all fit in the hole? I'll try it but I'm a little scared. What about a tooth pick? They're a little smaller.

Trust me. The shish ka bob skewer is the exact diameter. I keep one in my gig bag.

The skewer is pretty soft. The screw will bite into it real well and stay put. Easy and reliable fix.

you could probably try using another screw that it slighlty larger. just be careful not to overtighten and strip it out. it sounds like that could have been what happened to cause it to start giving you trouble.
