Offshore electric guitar with tune-o-matic style bridge, 2 Seymour Duncan humbucker pickups and arched flame maple top with sunburst finish.
What I Liked:
This is my main working guitar. There's very little it can't do. It has a coil cut switch which multiples the tonal possibilities. It is very nicely made for an offshore guitar. It has been very reliable and is very stable. The action is light and the humbuckers produce a nice crunch tone. It is relatively lightweight. It was very well-priced. I almost bought it for $550 and when I went back a couple of weeks later when Manny's was being liquidated (a serious bummer), I got it for $375, one of the great bargains of all time.
What I Disliked:
The guitar has that "dipped-in-plastic" polyurethane finish that while smooth and durable, doesn't look as nice as a lacquer finish. It's the only indication that this is an inexpensive guitar.
What I Would Change:
I might take some autobody wet sandpaper and polishing compound to it to improve the gloss. Otherwise, it's a great guitar.
