You can always start with the "Get Educated" section of guitar.com ... Not everything there is suitable for your level (most probably isn't yet) and it won't answer all your questions, but it's a start.

The most suitable first tips and tools can be found in the beginners forum. Then, if you can, you should find a teacher or a book, and study proper hand position, techniques and at least some theory.

I would try Richardlloyd.com. He is good whether you are new or been playing for 12 years, as I discovered last year. later!!!
