 My music recommendations
Dynamite is just another proof that Jamiroquai's music is far from over. I say this because their funky, disco-like music literally died decades ago, but they have known how to recombine different elements over the years to create their own style. Particularly, I have followed their career, and I'm always astonished by what they do. Of course, not everything they do is perfect, but what amazes me is their dedication to put out great music every record. To me, great music is not about how much make up artist wear, or what kind of expensive clothing they wear; great, inspiring music is about music. Nothing else, and Jamiroquai and his team achieve this easily.
The first time I heard this band's music I was in awe. It had been so long since I last listened to music so original, creative, and much, much of the type of influence I always look for. First, their unusual name doesn't tell you very well what their music is about. It's rather intriguing and yet captivating at the same time. This, combined with their power sound, convinced me in a couple of songs of their amazing composing skills. Biffy Clyro became an instant part of my collection, and I'm sure you will love them as well if you are into non-American alternative, creative and original bands. There's nothing wrong with American music, but unfortunately foreign art is often overlooked when in reality they bring great, quality stuff to the world of entertainment that in many ways surpasses what's created here in the land of the free. kRem
