From beginning to end nothing but solid work. The year it was released (1990) was nothing special but the first time I heard the album I was in awe of the work performed by the band. Some say that this is mini concept album but to me it just plain rocked. Empire tells it like it is on the streets. What else can be said, can you say triple platinum.
