Officially launched at Summer NAMM 2019, the Fishman TriplePlay Connect is built for guitarists who want more from their instruments. It’s a MIDI controller that allows users to build loops, play virtual instruments, add effects and much more.

Described as the “creative bridge” between a player’s guitar and iPad, the TriplePlay Connect offers a wide range of functions through an iOS app. These include playing and controlling virtual devices, adding loops and recalling audio files, creating loops, recording performances and sharing them online. On top of that, TriplePlay can be used as a MIDI controller for PC and Mac apps and sound libraries. You can also use Garage Band to expand the list of effects at your fingertips.

In terms of components, the TriplePlay Connect comes with a controller, a mountable hexaphonic pickup, lightning and USB cables and magnetic mounting brackets.
