Some bands never go out of style. This album is Skynyrd at their best. It's raw, powerful, and angry. Though Skynyrd was known as a three guitar band, this album featured only two guitarists, Allen Collins, and Gary Rossington. This was after Ed King dropped out due to health reasons, but before Steve Gaines joined the line up. Recorded during the time of their now infamous "tourture tour."

Even if it is not the pounding havoc like 'Battery', 'Master of Puppets', 'Enter Sandman' and 'Sad but True'. But there are some songs like 'Whiskey In The Jar' which has some Irish accents but is a nice one anyway. And some other nice ones like 'Turn the Page' and 'Tuesday's Gone' are not the of the thrash metal genre of metallica but still deserve to be known.
