is it just me..or we're heading back to 90s???

The title said itself; at least thats what I think the current music trend has come upon based on my 'shallow' involvement in music industry.
Call me narrow minded, but I kindda like 90s music scene..more 'grunge'd flavor', and bits of sounds from that era are heard today quite often. These are my views on 90s music elements..hehe!!:

1. Sound are not 'chrystal clear'..bit of glammy!
2. You can easily know whether the song's message is honest, and we (or just me) can find those a lot in 90s.
3. Simple music, doesnt sound too 'mechanical' (mechanical sound: grinding guitar/gain not consistent)
Aww how I love to dive into the old days...though I'm (still) not considering me an old dude. 90s music is all about freedom, its as if nothing is impossible..you can explore into anything without limits!
