Me and the gear that you can't find here

Hi there!
I'm a young British rocker from Hampshire.
I play in a heavy rock band called 'smoking mirrors' www.myspace.com/smokingmirrorsband (soz for the shamless plug :S)
I love guitars and talking about guitars with other guitarists. I play a Hamer XT Vector Flying V (I'm flying V mad btw) and also a Gretsch Duo Jet which I could never had afforded on my own but my incredible guitar guru Uncle gave it to me when he no longer had a use for it.
I play primarily through a Marshall AVT 150 half stack but I also have a vintage Fender Bassman (again a gift from my amazing Uncle).
I'd love to recomend both the V I play and both my amps but unfortunatly they're not listed on the gear section so I can't :(
I would totally recomend my Hamer XT Vector to anyone looking for a low budget flying v model that has a bit of personality and is very well made (for the price range, I got mine for £220 brand new.)
I also use a digitech 120Rd valve driven effects board which gives some of the most amazing tones you've even heard. Unfortunaly Digitech have stopped making them.
My dream guitar is a Gibson Voodoo Flying V (as seen in my user picture). Sadly Gibson stopped making them in 2004 and as a result I have managed to track down only two that are for sale (one was on ebay and went for far more than I could ever have afforded and the other is sitting in a guitar shop in London with a price tag saying 'ask!')
I like most kinds of Indie, Rock, Heavy Rock and Metal. I'm also a piano player (and a damn good one too ;) so m like music by Tori Amos and other mental piano players.
