Screamo music rocks. It is really helpful in getting "pumped up" for sports or anything else. That alone is enough to make it awesome. But theres more!! It also can help you to feel more relaxed. I go to sleep listening to screamo music every night and I fall asleep in 5 minutes flat. Your probably thinking Im crazy, but Im not. When you hear all of the screaming and "hardcoreness" you are really relaxed compared to the music. Plus with a lot of the chords they use, when your ear detects them, it sends a tiny micropulse shooting to your brain which in turn secretes dopamine,  a substance which makes the brain very happy. This process is similar to using drugs, but its legal and not wrong. So all you people that say screamo sucks, no it doesnt. Now if you just dont like it, ok, but i dont wanna hear that "its satan music" crap cuz its not.There is great Christian screamo music and thats mostly what i listen to. I love it.
