At the Crossroads

Took me a while, but I just bought the Crossroads Blues Festival 2-DVD set. I watched a couple of songs at my friend's place a while back, but sitting down and watching it again was...eye-opening.
With each and every song I think: "how can these people be so damned good and yet I don't know about them?" I feel both guilty about that, and ecstatic at the fact that there are so many musicians out there that are just that awesome.
On a side note, I'm loving Clapton's tone in that DVD. I wonder how my guitar sounds once I swap the neck and pickups...?
If you're wondering what I'm talking about, I was referring to my blue Squier Strat. I bought an authentic Fender neck over eBay (rosewood top, 21-fret) and will be buying the spare Kinman blues set my ex-guitar teacher has lying around.
All I can say now is...WOOT!
