Lucky Strike, Music on a Mission, Gene Simmons, Johnny Depp, Nuno Bettencourt, Gilby ClarkeMusic fans in Los Angeles get to have all the fun. Next up: A benefit club gig featuring Johnny Depp, Gene Simmons of Kiss, Nuno Bettencourt of Extreme, Gilby Clarke of Guns ‘n’ Roses, and more guests to be announced.

The show takes place August 16 at Lucky Strike Bowling Alley, 6801 Hollywood Blvd., in Hollywood. The event is billed as Music on a Mission and benefits the charity organization Mending Kids, which provides “life-changing surgical care to children worldwide.”

Doors open at 7, with a special VIP Private Reception with “bites, bowling, and booze” from 6 to 7.

You’ll have to dig deep to get up close and personal with Depp, Simmons, et al, however -- general admission tickets are going for $375 (and there are only 32 left at press time), and VIP tix are a cool grand apiece.
