Ed O’Brien of Radiohead has shared Shangri-La, a song that’s set to be featured on his upcoming debut solo album, Earth, arriving 17 April.

Prior to this, O’Brien released two songs under the moniker EOB, Saint Teresa in October and Brasil in December last year. The latter was accompanied by a sci-fi short film, seen below. Along with the release of Shangri-La, O’Brien has shared details surrounding the upcoming album, from credits to tracklist to tour dates.

Earth features O’Brien on vocal, guitar, bass, keyboard, percussion and programming duties. The record was produced by Mark Ellis aka Flood, with the exception of Olympik, which was co-produced by Flood and Catherine Marks. Other prominent musicians credited on Earth include O’Brien’s Radiohead bandmate Colin Greenwood, Portishead six-stringer Adrian Utley, Wilco drummer Glenn Kotche and more.

O’Brien is set to embark on a North American tour this year. While full dates and locations have yet to be announced, four smaller shows in Toronto, Chicago, New York and Los Angeles have been confirmed for February. Here are the details:

7 Feb – Toronto, Ontario at Great Hall
8 Feb – Chicago, Illinois at Lincoln Hall
10 Feb – New York, New York at Le Poisson Rouge
13 Feb – Los Angeles, California at Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever
